    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • .50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

This braggot came out very nicely. I would use a little less hops and a little less malt, just a tiny bit! The honey really come through with this recipe. I also feel that this recipe is a great base for creating even newer green tea beers. I want to try hibiscus green tea beer. Thanks for being interested!
