I hope the smoked flavor does not overpower. I will be trying this this weekend, should be out of the secondary and into the keg by June 24.

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 0.27 lbs American Caramel 10°L

    American Caramel 10°L

    This malt is light in color with a sweet caramel flavor. It is a great malt for light lagers and ales.

  • 0.40 lbs American Caramel 80°L

    American Caramel 80°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color(Red Ale)

  • 0.13 lbs German Smoked

    German Smoked

    Earthy, rich smoke flavor

  • 4.58 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 1.0 oz Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
