Notes
The strawberries are washed, cored, and then blended. 4.5 quarts blended into 5 quarts. Candi Sugar was used to offset the strawberry tartness.

i am interested in this recipe, how did it turn out, and how much strawberry flavor is there?

I have done a very similar recipe and I would recommend to cut your strawberries into quarters to keep the beer clearer. Plus, when the strawberries are pail, you can use that to measure when they have given all they had to offer. I used 1 pound of strawberries per gallon of beer (5 gallon batch). It was amazing
