2 Gal 172F water Steep grains 155F for 45 min Sparge with 3 qts hot water Remove grains Boil Add malt extracts Add boil hops with 15 mins left add flavor hops and irish moss with 1 min left add aroma hops Remove from heat Chill Add to fermenter Add water to make 6 gal pitch yeast when cool Primary ferment 1 week Secondary ferment 4 weeks Bottle 3 weeks for carbonation
