Kiss me I'm Irish
Irish Red Ale • Extract • 5 gal
Nice malty aroma and flavor. There is a slight bitterness on the back end. I entered this in the Upstate NY Homebrewers competition in April and scored very well

Turned out really as more of an American Amber, then an Irish Red. I have rebrewed this recipe using Northern Brewer at 60 minutes (1 oz) and Willamette at 5 minutes (1 oz), and it was much better. Still, this recipe as it stands was pretty durned tasty.
