  • 0.3 lbs Acidulated Malt

    Acidulated Malt

    High lactic acid. For lambics, sour mash beers, Irish stout, pilsners and wheats.

  • 0.1 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 0.2 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 2.3 lbs Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 3.2 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 0.5 oz Perle - 8.2 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min
