My first attempt brewing a Strong Ale.

As of 3/26/07 still in secondary carboy. I hope to be able to bottle it in the next couple of weeks. When it was transferred from primary to secondary it had a rough, but very nice, malty/hoppy aroma with (to me anyway)a good balance. No tasting was done at that time. Will post another comment as soon as I can. Bottled this in November '07. Tasted again on 4/24/10 for the first time since bottling. This beer has aged very well with a toffee nose and a nice sweet malt taste up front with a nice assertive hop finish. Very well balanced beer overall.
