Centennial - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

Willamette - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

This was a good first attempt. It was good and easy to make, but lacked a certain something. I don't know if I believe the alcohol % on this though, its seems like more.
