Bogoroditse Devo Pilsener
Bohemian Pilsener • Partial Mash • 20 gal
This is a partial all grain mash, partial liquid extract brew. Use soft water and do a single decoction mash. Hold 60% at 120F for 40 min while 40% is held at 158F for 10 min then brought to boil. Combine grains and hold 100% at 150-158F for 90 min. Mash out at 165-170F for 20 min and sparge. This is a hoppy all malt beer with substantial color. Enjoy!
