    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1.09 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.37 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 0.20 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 0.5 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.25 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.
