Trappist Special Strong Dark Dubbel
Belgian Dark Strong Ale • Partial Mash • 5 gal
Created this one to brew for the birth of my first son who will be named James. It follows belgian tradion as a beer brewed when a couple finds out that they are expecting an adition to the family, and is not drank until the child is born.

I brewed this beer and everything about it was great. We drank it when my son was born. Maybe it was just because of the joyious occasion, but everyone enjoyed it.
