This yeast is used to produce American style lagers. Dry and clean with a very slight apple fruitiness. Sulfur and diacetyl production is minimal.

Brewed 02/10/06, full wort boil, still appears darker than expected. OG 1038, as predicted.

The color belies this beer\'s lightness. Could be a tad more hoppy for my tastes.
