  • White Labs WLP001 California Ale

    White Labs WLP001 California Ale

This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.

Notes

Yet another Sierra clone. Used Dingemans Caravienna for the crystal and Dingemans Carapils for the dextrine malt. Primary for 1 week and secondary for 1 week. Chilled to 50 degrees and disolved 2.5 volumes of CO2. Not too hoppy just right. Will make this a regular to keep in the fridge.
