Nice recipe, needs a little more control in the process

I brewed this previously a while ago, and the taste was good, but some residual diacetyl due to not being more familiar with the process for diacetyl rest. Other than this, I hit the style pretty nicely, can't wait to brew it up again, although it will be tweaked for all grain (no more extracts for me, hehehe...)....
