This yeast is famous for its clean flavors, balance and ability to be used in almost any style ale. It accentuates the hop flavors and is extremely versatile.
Notes
Almost an exact copy of AB light beer(starts with bud, ends with light), but brewed as an ale. Alcohol and color aren't quite right in this calculator. Color is actually about 2.8, and ABV is around 4.8%. Add 1 Whirfloc tablet with 15 minutes left in the boil. Do primary, and secondary ferments for 7 days each.
