Ingredients (Extract10 L)

  • 1.35 kg Dry Light; Muntons

    Dry Light; Muntons

    Used as the base for a wide variety of styles of beers, including lager, pale ales, bitters, and export bitters. Contains no colored malts.

  • 1.08 kg Dry Dark Extract

    Dry Dark Extract

    Used predominantly in the production of dark beers such as milds, browns, porters, and stouts.

  • 10 g Northern Brewer - 8.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Northern Brewer

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 7 g East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 7 g Styrian Goldings - 6.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Styrian Goldings

    Mild, pleasant.

  • Wyeast 1388 Belgian Strong Ale™

    Wyeast 1388 Belgian Strong Ale™

    Robust flavor yeast with moderate to high alcohol tolerance. Fruity nose and palate, dry, tart finish.
