At first I thought the fermentation was stuck, but it only seemed that way due to the Malto-Dextrine I added. Bottled final product 2 weeks ago and had the first "Tester" last night! Good flavor, heavier mouthfeel and a dry light finish! Because of the dry finish, it magnifies the hops taste, making it seem Hoppier than the IBU rating indicates. Will post more after Thanksgiving. Mmmm, ESB and Turkey!
