  • 3 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 6 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Suitable for ales or lagers. It can be used with a single temperature infusion mash schedule.

  • 2.5 lbs Weyermann CaraFoam®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraFoam®; Weyermann

    Pilsner, Lagerbier, alcohol-reduced Beer, Light Beer, Bock Beer

  • 3.3 lbs Rice Syrup

    Rice Syrup

    Rice syrup has no flavor impact in beer. Rich in fermentable sugar, light in color and body with crisp, dry taste.

  • 3.0 lbs White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

O.G. 1.101 T.G. 1.027 I think that my yeast was a little weak. I left it in the secondary for two months, and then got impatient and bottled it. I couldn\'t wait for the terminal to go down. As is, it will be around 10 % ABV.

Partial Mash or Full Grain?

i have a question, it says its a partial mash and i feel really stupid for asking this, but isnt this a full grain beer? i dont see where u are using extract, its not in the ingredients (or i may be very confused)

Sorry about that, I left the window in the partial mash category when I was entering the beer in the library. I guess that most of my fermantables come from the grains and a little come from the rice syrup and cane sugar, even though that there is almost 18lbs. of goodness in there to ferment!
