    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • .25 lbs Belgian Special B

  • 7 lbs Dry Light; Muntons

    Dry Light; Muntons

    Used as the base for a wide variety of styles of beers, including lager, pale ales, bitters, and export bitters. Contains no colored malts.

  • .25 lbs Dark Brown Sugar

    Dark Brown Sugar

    Imparts rich, sweet flavor. Use in Scottish ales, old ales and holiday beers.

  • .8 oz Northern Brewer - 7.1 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Notes

Brew in Springtime. Prime with 1 cup DME Ferment at Ale temp. Lager 8 weeks. Age 3 months in champagne bottles at cellar temp (55F).
