Ingredients (Partial Mash25 L)

  • 0.400 kg Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 0.050 kg Black Roasted Barley

    Black Roasted Barley

    Unmalted roasted grain, it is the backbone of many stouts. Imparts a sharp acrid flavor characteristic of dry stouts. Gives "dryness" to a stout or porter ,more so than regular Roasted Barley.

  • 1.750 kg Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 0.500 kg Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.000 kg Barley Flaked

    Barley Flaked

    Helps head retention, imparts creamy smoothness. For porters and stouts.

  • 46 g East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.
