I brewed this IPA a week ago today and today I have racked the beer into the secondary 5 gal carboy for final fermentation. I will hold for 3-4 weeks or until the beer clears. I did get a slight taste of the raw beer and it tasted pretty good. I am looking forward to taste the final product and will provide a taste report in the near future.
