  • 2.5 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

    Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 1.0 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 4.0 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 1.50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Cascade

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1.25 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • .75 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 1 tsp Irish Moss - (omitted from calculations)
