Just finished off this keg and it was a GREAT 5 gallons. Just hoppy enough but not over powering. Fermt was quick with the lrg smack pack. Washed yeast for future batches.

Ingredients (Extract, 5.5 gal)

Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

Dry Light Extract
Dry Light Extract
White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.
