  • 0.250 kg Crystal Malt 60°L

    Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

  • 4.000 kg Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 0.900 kg Corn Sugar

    Corn Sugar

    Use in priming beer or in extract recipes where flaked maize would be used in a mash.

  • 42 g Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 65 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 42 g Northern Brewer - 6.0 AA% whole; boiled 65 min

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • 28 g Goldings - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Mild. Slightly flowery.

    Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale™

    Slight residual diacetyl and fruitiness; great for stouts. Clean, smooth, soft and full-bodied.
