No additional aging needed for this Munich Helles style. Keg, carbonate & drink. Though perhaps slightly dark for style, Very good Helles overall. I recommend racking twice over 4 weeks for improved clearity.

  • 4 lbs English 2-row Pils

  • 2 lbs Maris Otter Pale

I dont make it often anymore because I'm into IPA's. Still a good beer. It's kind of a beer I don't share.
