Old Maytown Amber Ale

Our first beer. Long story short, we had a lot of wort loss due to evaporation & we ended up with about 3.5-4 gallons of wort to ferment. Not wanting to add water, we figured we'd see what would happen. We were pleasantly surprised to find we'd made something akin to a nut-brown although we realize we can't duplicate it. Give this beer a try & let me know if you like it as an amber... Sometime we'll get around to it, although we've been having fun with other stuff of late!
