  • 1 lbs Caramel Wheat Malt

    Caramel Wheat Malt

    For dark ales, hefeweizen, dunkelweizen, wheat bocks and double bocks.

  • 1 lbs German Dark Munich

    German Dark Munich

    Enhances body and aroma. Stout, schwarzbier, brown ale, dark and amber ales.

  • 6 lbs Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Dry Wheat; Muntons

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 lbs White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    White Table Sugar (Sucrose)

    Common household table/baking sugar. Lightens flavor and body of beer. Can contribute a cider-like flavor to the beer if not cold-fermented or used in large quantities.

  • 0.5 oz Northern Brewer - 8.2 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Northern Brewer

    Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.

  • Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen™

    Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen™

    Unique top-fermenting yeast which produces the unique and spicy weizen character, rich with clove, vanilla and banana. Best results are achieved when fermentations are held around 68F.

racked the beer today, sg=1.020. Still fermenting nicely. Nice malty, wheat flavor with spicy fruity yeast. yum.

I love this beer. the dark munich and caramel wheat really give a nice malty taste to the wheat. I will make it again.
