  • 1 kg Maris Otter Pale

This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

  • 0.25 kg British Dark Crystal

    British Dark Crystal

    Sweet caramel flavor, mouthfeel. For porters, stouts, old ales and any dark ale.

  • 0.10 kg Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 2.2 kg Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract
