British Amber Ale

British Amber Ale

Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • Extract • 5.15 gal

hokiebrewer

This brew was developed using leftover grains/yeast. There's no real rhyme or reason to the grains selected, that's just what I had available. I'll let you know how it turns out!

Kegging today/tomorrow

I'll be kegging this beer either today or tomorrow. It's been cold-conditioning for a weak to smooth out any rough edges. I'll report back once it's carbed up!
