Ingredients (Partial Mash5 gal)

  • 1.54 lbs American 6-row Pale

    American 6-row Pale

Tends to increase lautering efficiency due to a stiffer husk. May be used as the base malt for any beer style. The enzymes in all varieties of the current crop are sufficient to support high percentages of specialty malts and adjuncts.

  • 1.62 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    German Wheat Malt Light

Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 0.07 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

  • 0.24 lbs Belgian Munich

Used to increase malt aroma and body with slightly more color.

  • 1.44 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Liquid Wheat Extract

Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.77 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 0.07 lbs Maple Syrup

    Maple Syrup

  • 0.15 lbs Malto Dextrin

    Malto Dextrin

Adds body and mouthfeel. For all extract beers. Does not ferment.

    Mt. Hood

Used mainly for aroma and flavor in American and German style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant, light, and clean.
