I'll be making this recipe again for warmer weather. I love the fruity yeast, the creamy taste from the oats. Next time I'm using 6lbs of Muntons Extra - light DME, 2lbs sugar and the same yeast - Duvel's yeast (Strong Belgain ale Wyeast) is my favorite belgian yeast. Is it noon yet? I could use a blonde about now.

The yeast is from Duvel (moortgat brewery) the owners of Ommegang Brewery. One of the fruitiest, tart yeast's I know of.
