Notes

Only made 2.5 gallons, but should've made a full 5 gallon batch! Next time this will be a full batch and this one will be my house brew. Was going for a light ale, but it ended up being more of a pale ale. Added Irish moss during last 15 minutes of boil. Dry hopped with an additional 1/4 oz. Cascade hops for 1 week. Primed with 2 1/2 oz. Corn sugar. Was drinkable after only 1 week of bottle conditioning.
