Brewed 12/24/04 Not truly an eisbock. Did not do the ice thing. A dopplebock attempt that got out of hand. Racked to 2ndary 2/23/5 & 3/3/5. Kegged 3/11/5 then bottled 3/25. Pretty good. strong.

  • 1 lbs Belgian Caramunich
