Notes
90 minute boil. Ferment at 78-60 degrees. Step mash: 120-20 min, 145 15 min, 151 60 min, 160 10 min. .5 oz corriander & .25 oz bitter orange peel at knock-out. .5# of pils malt sub. carapils.
