Discussion
I brewed the IPA today

My OG was 1.070 and the hops flavor and aroma came through great. I pitched my yeast and now I just have to wait. I used a yeast nutrient, so I hope fermentation is not too violent. I will post the final results, but so far it looks like it will be a great IPA. This one is in the running for the gold! I will keep you posted.

I entered this beer in the 2005 National Homebrewer's Association beer completion. It took 1st place in my region (judged in Houston) and at this time it is going on to the next round (National level). I am keeping my fingers crossed.
