The calculator won't calculate the cider portion of this, which I add to the primary after I've chilled the wort. I've made a similar ale before but this is the first time I've posted this.

  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 90°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • 6 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 1 lbs Dark Brown Sugar

    Dark Brown Sugar
