Literally wanted to use up some leftover hops and extracts. C'mon now, we've all done it!

Ingredients (Extract, 5 gal)

Crystal Malt 60°L

Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.
- 3.3 lbs
Amber; John Bull
Amber; John Bull
For ales and bitters.
- 2 lbs
Dry Light Extract
Dry Light Extract
White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

Perle - 8.2 AA% pellets; boiled 45 min
Perle
Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

Centennial - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.
