  • 1.00 lbs Midwest Wheat Malt

    Midwest Wheat Malt

    Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

  • .33 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • .5 lbs English 2-row Vienna

    English 2-row Vienna

  • 9 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1.5 oz Centennial - 10.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Centennial

    Aromatic but acceptable for bittering. Medium aroma with floral and citrus tones. Good in medium to dark ales.

  • .25 oz Huller Bitterer - 5.8 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Moderate

  • .25 oz Liberty - 4.0 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Liberty

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.

  • .25 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • .25 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.
