  • 0.83 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Suitable for ales or lagers. It can be used with a single temperature infusion mash schedule.

  • 8.54 lbs Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Pale Liquid; Alexanders

    Reportedly lightest colored malt extract available.

  • 0.18 lbs Candi Sugar Amber

    Candi Sugar Amber

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.

  • 1.3 oz Pride of Ringwood - 8.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

  • 0.50 oz Liberty - 4.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Liberty

    Used mainly for finishing German and American style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild and pleasant.

  • Wyeast 1098 British Ale™

    Wyeast 1098 British Ale™

    From Whitbread. Ferments dry and crisp, slightly tart, fruity and well-balanced. Ferments well down to 65F.
