  • 2 lbs Belgian Pils

  • 3.3 lbs Liquid Wheat Extract

    Made with a preponderance of wheat malt (55%) for the production of wheat or Weiss beers. Contains no colored malts or hops.

    Belgian White Ale(wit), other specialty beers.

    Adds body, mouth feel and head retention to the beer Creates chill haze in lighter beers, so is primarily used in dark ones.
