A great dessert beer. I takes about 9 months to age properly, in fact the first few months are vial, but then it comes together very wonderfully. I need to change this to a AG now!!!

Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced.
Notes
2 oz of coffee for 60 minutes. 3 oz at 5 minutes for aroma Steep Raspberries at 150* for 30 minutes, then add to the secondary. Rack beer onto Raspberries.
