Let it age

I let this ale condition in a keg for about a month before we drank it. I also set a few 24 oz bottles aside for later. It was very good out of the keg, and everybody enjoyed. I just recently tried the bottles I set aside for a longer conditioning period (about 6 months), and wow! This ale really improved!

I just transfered this brew to a secondary fermenter today (primary for 9 days gravity at this time is 1.014). I may not have time to bottle it in time so I figured I'd get it out of the primary just as a precaution. I tasted it and it was a very very tasty Pale Ale. So far I'm impressed. I used John Bull light liquid extract and I had to use WYeast 1098 instead of the yeast in this recipe as my local shop was out of the wlp005.
