White Labs WLP830 German Lager
This yeast is one of the most widely used lager yeasts in the world. Very malty and clean, great for all German lagers, pilsner, oktoberfest, and marzen.
Notes
Used Coopers' Draught as the "Liquid Extract". It came out great! Only wish it had a little more aroma. ABV=5.4% OG: 1.053, FG: 1.012. Will leave out Rice Syrup & add more hops next time.
