Cluster - 6.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Used for bittering and flavor qualities in light and dark American lagers. Aroma is very floral.

Steep grains in 1 gallon water @ 140 for 15 minutes; add anotehr gallon of water and bring to a boil. add 2/3 of the extract and Cluster hops. Add the remaining extract and honey with five minutes left in the boil. Note: the honey is orange blossom.
