Wyeast 1338 European Ale™
Wyeast 1338 European Ale™
From Wissenschaftliche in Munich. Full-bodied complex strain finishing very malty. Produces a dense, rocky head during fermentation.
Notes
This took an inordinate amount of time to finish. The key with WY 1338 seems to be regular agitation of the yeast in secondary to keep the fermentation going.

Excellent thirst-quencher. The WY1338 took a really long time to finish.
