Wee Heavy Wheat

Wee Heavy Wheat

American Wheat or Rye Beer • Extract • 5 gal

summy

I also added 1 oz of bitter orange peel at 45 min(boiled for 15 min) and coriander for 4 minutes after boil was over. This beer is kicking my butt! Has a very high acohol content, but does not taste like it does. Orange peel is unnoticeable, but coriander is evident in aroma. Good beer.
