I waited to post this until I could sample this. We are at about a month in the keg, and this should age wonderfully. Nice malt flavor with a perfect hop balance.

  • 5 lbs English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • .25 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L
