Golden Belgian
Belgian Golden Strong Ale • Extract • 5 gal
This is an attempt to brew a relatively lower ABV Belgian... I love the fruity esters in many belgian ales, but can't get them in NC due to the stupid beer laws. Support www.popthecap.org!

I think 1/2 oz. sweet orange peel was too much. It imparted a slightly sour taste to the beer. Nothing repellant, but less sweet than I hoped for. Also, this one turned out under-carbonated. All in all, my least pleasing beer to date!
