  • 2 lbs American Vienna

    American Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 1 lbs Crystal Malt 80°L

    Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • .25 lbs Belgian Special B

  • 1 lbs Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® I; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 6 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • .5 oz Target - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    A hybrid of ale and lager characteristics. This strain develops excellent maltiness with subdued fruitiness, and a crisp finish. Ferments well at moderate temperatures.

Notes

This is a quick and easy one to clear out some remnant hop stores. And try something a bit different. Might add some ginger to this for a little kick, maybe about 4 oz of fresh grated ginger...
