Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

Liquid Light Extract

A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

Neutral. This hop can be very bitter, but blends well with finishing hops. Used in American ales and lagers, but suitable for all beer styles. Aroma is medium but pleasant.

Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

From one of the six Trappist breweries remaining in the world, this yeast produces the distinctive fruitiness and plum characteristics. Excellent yeast for high gravity beers, Belgian ales, dubbels and trippels.
Notes
BREW DAY 1. Steep grains for 30 mins @ 155 degrees. 2. Add hops and extract, boil 60 mins 3. Steep Tettnanger hops for 10 mins. 4. Cool wort and pitch yeast. FERMENTATION 1. Primary ferm. 7~10 days 2. Secondary ferm 7 days BOTTLE CONDITION 1. Bottle with priming sugar. 2. Age in bottles for 7~10 days.

One of my first brews, maybe it's time to take this all grain and see how it turns out. From what I remember it was pretty good.
